His personal Instagram has gained international attention, attracting over 1,300,000 followers, and his total social media following now exceeds 4 million.
We study and refine various sharpening techniques to suit different types of knives, steel materials, ingredients, and user preferences. By using a variety of knives and whetstones, we aim to discover the optimal sharpening method for each situation.
