1st floor: Display of about 100 types of Sakai kitchen knives on the wall + space for sales
If you find a knife you like, you can pick it up and have a look. If you don't know what kind of knife you want, our advisors in the store will help you to choose one.
2nd floor:, there are two rooms dedicated to VIPs so that you can take your time to choose the knife of your choice.
1.HONYAKI room
We display only Honyaki knives made by Sakai craftsmen with great care. Honyaki is a high-end knife that costs more than 100,000 yen per piece. We have a large selection of Honyaki knives, which are popular among chefs in Kyoto and around the world.
2.Knife customization room
Another customization room allows customers to customize and make their own kitchen knives. After deciding on the blade of the knife, you can choose the handle of your choice. This is a space where knife lovers can choose their best one.
